I have a few kits still available so please get in contact if you would like to purchase. These kits would be great for kids starting 4 year old Kinder or moving into Prep next year. FINE MOTOR KITS are now available for purchase! 🙌🏻

These kits are excellent (and FUN) for children and will support the development of hand skills. There are lots of resources and activities included to keep your child busy. Some of the activities include - paper folding, threading, tong/tweezers game, tennis ball, scissor worksheets, drawing, puzzle and play dough. The kits are aimed for children at kinder or getting ready to start school.

A video is included. This will support skill development and practice at home.

ONLINE PARENT / CAREGIVER WORKSHOP

"Emotional Regulation a Parents Perspective and from an Occupational Therapy Lens". This workshop will provide an overview about emotional regulation and what you can do to support your child using evidence based strategies.

Wow! Term 1 has flown by.
I hope everyone has had a positive start to the kinder and school year.

I have been super busy in the clinic and offering OT service to teaching staff at Gisborne Primary School and Willowbank Primary School. The role of OT's in schools is something I'm very passionate about. It was great to hear Occupational Therapy Australia CEO Sam Hunter make comments about the need for OT's in schools. A right to inclusive education is important for a child's development, their learning and emotional well being. OT's can play a huge role in supporting this process.
