Meet one of my incredible PT clients! She has chosen to remain anonymous which I completely respect.
This client has been working with me for over a year, doing 2 PT sessions per week along with nutrition support.
When this client came to me, she had only been exposed to fad diets and extreme approaches, no wonder she couldn’t succeed in her fat loss endeavours! I wanted to help her gain trust that you can still eat three meals per day AND snacks, you can still go out to eat, you can still have a wine with friends, and you can still eat what she thought were “bad foods” like bread or pasta. Once she established a solid eating structure and had a great understanding of how to structure a well balanced meal, we introduced self tracking and eliminated her reliance on a meal plan.
Not only had this client lost a significant amount of weight and improved her relationship with food, she has improved her posture and gained so much strength in the gym!
So incredibly proud of this girl!
