Our Story

We hold group classes in Reformer & Mat Pilates, Yoga and Barre. Our mission is to extend the life of your body by building core strength and flexibility, improve cardiac fitness and overall health and wellbeing. We have over 70 classes a week including speciality classes like Mums n Bubs, Kids & Teen Yoga and Pilates Mobility for Seniors. Private lessons are also available by appointment. Our class descriptions and timetable are available at bodyfitpilatesandyoga.com

Our reception is open 9-12pm Monday to Friday. Feel free to stop by for a chat or sign up for out 3 week trial on our website.

Bodyfit co-owner Liz O’Connell also offers her FastaWeigh nutrition program for weight loss and wellness at Bodyfit.
