Meet Craig – Lady Anne Funerals’ New Operations Manager
We are delighted to introduce Craig, the newest member of the Lady Anne Funerals family in the role of Operations Manager. Craig has been an integral part of our team for the past six months, working diligently behind the scenes to support both our staff and the families we serve.
Craig’s connection to Lady Anne Funerals is deeply personal - he is Karen’s son, and his relationship with our organisation spans nearly two decades. He first helped Lady Anne when it opened 19 years ago, playing a key role in establishing the operational foundations that helped shape the business in its early days. Following this, Craig expanded his expertise through a period in the corporate sector, refining his operational knowledge and leadership skills - insights he has since brought back to the independent funeral industry.
For the past five years, Craig has returned to his true passion: working with independent funeral homes and cremation services, dedicating himself to supporting families with care, compassion, and professionalism. His extensive experience and deep understanding of the industry make him an invaluable part of our team, helping Lady Anne maintain the high standards of service that families have come to expect.
