With a Bachelor of Nursing and Bachelor of Podiatry, Frances has gained unique clinical experience, working for non-for-profit organisations as an outreach podiatrist to rural Queensland; and working for Queensland Health as the Senior Podiatrist for the North West Hospital and Health Service.
Frances has worked closely with the Royal Flying Doctors providing podiatric support to indigenous and remote communities, and also with the North West Hospital and Health Service providing podiatric support to the High Risk Foot Service attempting to reduce amputation rates and hospital admission.
Frances established her private practice McCaffrey Podiatry in 2017.
