Holistic counselling is often misunderstood as just talking about your feelings.
What it actually involves is helping you understand the connection between what’s happening in your body, your thoughts, and your behaviour — and then building practical skills from that understanding.
The clients I work with leave sessions with tools they use between appointments. Ways to identify stress early. Ways to ground themselves when anxiety spikes. Ways to make decisions from a clearer place rather than a reactive one.
The goal isn’t just to feel better in the room, it’s to give you the skills and empower you to cope with life’s challenges.
