Hi, I’m Chantelle.
I’m a holistic counsellor and yoga teacher passionate about supporting people to reconnect with balance, clarity and emotional wellbeing.
My work combines counselling, yoga and mindfulness practices to support the mind, body and nervous system.
Through this work I help people slow down, regulate stress and navigate life with greater resilience and self-awareness.
Chantelle Wellbeing was created to offer a supportive space for healing, reflection and growth.
