Our resident salad expert and wordsmith.
Chloe is a clinical psychologist and board approved supervisor. She supports clients aged 18+. She has a warm, collaborative approach with clients who are seeking to understand the underlying causes of their challenges.
In particular, Chloe enjoys supporting clients in the following areas:
- low mood, worry, and challenges with adjustment
- trauma and post traumatic stress
- currently serving and past serving veterans and their families
Chloe also offers EMDR as a treatment modality for clients interested in exploring this form of therapy.

✨Meet Dr Mikaela ✨
Boss lady of Sage & powered by coffee.
Mikaela works with clients across the lifespan for both therapy and assessment. She primarily works from a relational psychodynamic perspective and enjoys supporting clients to move beyond just symptom reduction to be able to live life in a way that is meaningful to them. In particular, Mikaela enjoys supporting:
- new mothers and pregnant women
- clients who are trying to conceive
- clients navigating life transitions (e.g., retirement, moving towns, grief and loss)
- clients who are interested in self exploration

Mikaela is also a board approved supervisor. She loves to support early career psychologists who are interested in learning more about how they can bring their humanness into the therapy room, while growing their confidence as a clinician.

For our December Clinical Excellence session, our fabulous OT Deb taught us about the clinical applications of virtual reality. At Sage, we're committed to embracing innovative ways of making therapy accessible - because we know one size doesn't fit all!
The use of virtual reality in therapy can support:
- building fine and gross motor skills
- learning emotion regulation skills and problem solving
- treatment of phobias.
A huge thanks to Deb for such an engaging and practical session! 🌿
