Puppies have arrived and they’re all girls! In the coming weeks, scent training will begin to identify the pup that is best suited to being trained as an alert dog. All going well, Chayse should have his pup by the end of September!

Exciting news….Cali is pregnant which means we are expecting a puppy for Chayse to take home sometime in September! Pup will be a mini groodle. Dad is Moose and mum is Cali 💙❤️

Unfortunately the last mating of groodles was unsuccessful. Hopefully there may be a pup from this litter that will become Chayse’s diabetes alert dog 🤞🏻

We have reached our goal! Thank you so much to every one that donated and bought sausages over the past 3 weeks. The extra money will assist with desexing, vet bills and food.
Now we wait for our puppy to be born. Hopefully if all goes to plan it will be early August. 🐶🐾
Once again, thank you so much to Barney Point Butchery for their donations of sausages, Woolworths Kirkwood for the donations of bread and onions, Muffin Break for their donations of mini muffins and Central Football Club, Gladstone. Qld. For the ice and allowing us to run the sausage sizzles at Palm Drive.

We will be back at Palm Drive soccer fields on Saturday for our last bbq from 8-12. We will have mini muffins again thanks to Muffin Break Gladstone. Our bread and onions have been donated once again by Woolworths Kirkwood. Barney Point Butchery kindly donated sausages this week also!

This is Chayse. He is a 10 year old boy living with type 1 diabetes in Gladstone QLD.
He has been approved for a diabetes alert dog to help detect when his blood sugar is low, as he doesn’t feel when he is low, which can be life threatening.
To make this a reality for him, we are hoping to raise $7000 to cover costs- this not only includes the pup selected by professionals to be a great support dog, but the expert training costs and puppy preschool/obedience training to become a fully registered service dog.
Please help us make this a reality for Chayse!
