CBD at the Gladstone Mindcare Hub.

Every coffee sold supports improved mental health and wellbeing for people in
Gladstone experiencing mental health challenges — while creating real pathways into employment through hands-on training and support.

This initiative is proudly delivered as part of the Skilling Queenslanders for Work
program, funded by the Queensland Government.

In alignment with our mission, Mindcare Moments prioritises local suppliers and
proudly serves coffee from — a not-for-profit
organisation that directs all profits toward supporting Veterans and First Responders facing mental health challenges.

☕ Hands-on training in a real café environment ☕

Mindcare Moments Cafe is more than just a place for great coffee—it’s a Social Enterprise café creating real opportunities for young people in the heart of the Gladstone CBD.

Located at 147 Goondoon Street, we support 8 trainees as they complete their Certificate I in Hospitality, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a real café environment.

From learning barista skills and customer service to building confidence and workplace readiness, our trainees are supported every step of the way toward meaningful employment at the end of their traineeship.
