Donate the smart way – Direct from your pay. Join our Workplace Giving Program and make regular, tax-effective donations straight from your pay—supporting our community all year round.

With workplace giving, supporting Gladstone Mindcare is simple, consistent and powerful. Small, regular donations straight from your pay can help provide essential mental health support to those who need it most.

Why workplace giving?
• It’s easy and automatic
• Even a few dollars each pay adds up to real impact
• You’re helping create stronger, healthier communities

Together, we can ensure that no one in our community has to face mental health challenges alone.

Bring the power of lived experience stories from real people who live and work in our community to your workplace, organisation or event. We have a number of trained lived experience guest speakers who will engage and motivate your teams.

Sharing personal stories of anxiety, depression, su***de, drugs and alcohol can have a long-lasting impact on the community. It helps raise awareness, reduce stigma, and encourages people to seek help. Lived experience stories add depth and authenticity and connects on a more personal level to encourage participation and enrich the learning experience for your next event or in your workplace.

💙 Make a Difference in Your Community 💙
With the end of the financial year coming up, now is a great time to donate.
At Gladstone Mindcare, every donation helps provide vital mental health support, resources, and care to those who need it most.
Right here in our community, people are facing challenges you may never see — but together, we can make sure no one feels alone.
Your contribution can help:
• Provide access to counselling and support services
• Fund community wellbeing programs
• Create safe, supportive spaces for healing and connection

No amount is too small — every dollar creates real impact.
If you’ve ever wanted to give back in a meaningful way, this is your chance to support local people, local care, and lasting change.

Conversations for life focuses on recognising when someone is vulnerable or facing a personal crisis. It aims to connect a person when they are most likely to withdraw. The program identifies early signs for intervention and prevention that are simple and relevant and can be recognised by friends, student peers, family, etc.

Participants in the training session will get an opportunity to practice face to face conversational fundamentals and prepare them to support their peers and refer to relevant supports.
Gladstone Mindcare believes early intervention plays a crucial role in promoting positive outcomes and fostering long-term change by addressing issues proactively, building resilience, and providing individuals with the support they need to thrive. Early intervention support can prevent mental health and wellness concerns from escalating or becoming entrenched over time and becoming more of a significant issue.
