This is a reminder that if you have been told by your GP that everything is fine but feel something is off, please get a second opinion!

This one is for the men out there!
I have been seeing a lot of preconception clients who are mainly women wanting to optimise their ability to conceive but let’s not forget it takes two to tango!💃🕺
Preconception care for men is just as important as it is for women 🌸

You want to optimise preconception for a minimum of 3 months prior to conception because s***m regeneration cycles take approximately 75 days.
These recommendations are just the basics and should always be personalised and dosed correctly with a qualified practitioner🌿

🌸Clinic updates 🌸
I can’t believe we’re half way through the year!

🌿UPDATE 1: Price adjustment as we head into the new financial year. My prices have not changed since I started my business over 2 years ago so this adjustment reflects the growth of my business.

🌿UPDATE 2: Private Health insurance rebates are coming back! This is so exciting as it makes naturopathy more accessible to you guys, more affordable, and offers protection in knowing that your health practitioner holds the appropriate bachelors degree qualification. So watch this space - I will announce when this is available to you all.

🌿UPDATE 3: Additional service offering of Acute consultations. This consult is a 15min phone call and is suited to those who my be coming down with an acute condition (colds/flus, immunity, stress, sleep, digestion, energy, anxiety, moods). Personalised 200ml bottle of herbal liquid is included in this offering. More info will be available on my website very soon.

🌿UPDATE 4: I am about to challenge myself and try being a bit more creative with social media content (AKA I bought a vlogging mic😅). This is mainly so I can educate and get my message across more effectively with health content in video form.
