Gabriela is joining us every Thursday evening at 6:40pm to lead you through a Yoga flow. Gabriela incorporates Hatha and Vinyasa yoga techniques in her classes, providing you with ultimate full body relaxation. Suitable for all fitness levels. Duration 60 mins.
