As the year of the fire horse begins signifying a time to embrace change, passion and intense action so does the beginning of some changes for the Body Clinic Gladstone.

With change comes growth and after almost 7 years in our current clinic it’s time to say goodbye in order to create space for the next phase of our business. Being on maternity leave and allowing my brain to disconnect from all that I’ve known the past 7 years has been a case of divine timing. This time has truely allowed me to re-evaluate our business vision, values, services and where my true passion lies to better support our community. It was a difficult decision but something that felt so right in order for new opportunities to flow.

I look forward for sharing more with you over the coming months.

I know it’s been a minute since I’ve been present on our business socials so I thought it was about time I introduced our littlest love. Sloan James Norris 💙

If there is one thing our community knows about me it is how passionate I am about the systems of our body and how we take care and regulate them. It isn’t just how I educate and treat our clients but my own philosophy in life which why it was so important for me to step out of my business and masculinity in this period. Doing this allowed me the space to truely honour and take care of my body, giving our son the best possible environment to be welcomed into.

I am so very thankful that I have been able to walk this path and put into practice everything I have studied and learnt over the past 10 years and for the incredible professionals that have supported me throughout this journey - Dr Buchanan, Dr Luckensmyer, Midwives - Chloe and Leanne.

If anyone has any questions in regards to our pre/ post partum care, referrals and our 40 day confinement experience please send me a message or I’d be happy to do a Q&A. I am very much looking forward to supporting our community again soon and am heartfelt by everyone’s well wishes.
