Remedial Massage is an amazing treatment to have not just to release tight, sore and knotted muscles.. it is a customised treatment to target and help alleviate many different musculoskeletal conditions and specific health concerns you may have.
Some of these may include:

Chronic fatigue, RSI, fibromyalgia, tension headaches/ migraines, insomnia, sinusitis, postural conditions, assisting with rehabilitation/pain management post surgery, plantar fasciitis, arthritis.... the list goes on and on.

A treatment I did today for a client who had Chronic referred pain from her neck and into her Right Shoulder and upper arm. The dry needling treatment did wonders for her providing instant pain relief! I also combined this with Hot Stones and gentle massage.
Don't rely on strong pain meds which can only temporarily mask the issue.
Best to listen to your body, rest and book yourself in for a professional treatment! 😊
