🌿✨ Obsidian Support Services – Community Access With Heart
(and a Bit of Fun!) ✨🌿

Gladstone | Tannum | Boyne | Miriam Vale | Agnes Waters

Obsidian Supports is a locally owned NDIS provider who are currently supporting participants aged 5 to 65 across the Gladstone region and surrounds.

We specialise in community access supports that are structured, reliable… and yes, actually enjoyable.

Our team is known for being:
βœ” Consistent (many participants have been with us 5+ years)
βœ” Professional and boundaried
βœ” Calm and confident with a range of support needs
βœ” Friendly, engaging and genuinely fun

We support with:
β€’ Community outings and social engagement
β€’ Shopping and appointments
β€’ Skill-building and independence
β€’ Routine and structure support
β€’ Transport to activities and events

We believe support should build confidence and independence β€” not just β€œfill hours.” Our team focuses on real connection while still getting the job done.

We currently have limited availability for self-managed and plan-managed participants in Gladstone and surrounding areas through to Miriam Vale and Agnes Waters.

If you’re looking for a reliable team that shows up consistently, communicates clearly, and makes community access something to look forward to β€” we’d love to hear from you.
