Here is a Sunday Nettie thought/useless trivia for you. We have been travelling this week for family and sport. Fair to say that we have had our fair share of experiencing public toilets in sporting complexes, shopping centres and service stations not just this week but years now and like all of us, when you got to go, you got to go. I have never experienced a pleasant public toilet yet (maybe Harrods London 🤪) They are unhygenic, smelly and it's hard to watch someone walk out the door without washing their hands. Usually the soap is empty, no paper towel or a toilet that's not flushed or clogged. My question is, which toilet cubicle do you choose? Is it the first one on the right as you walk in, is it the fair left or the one in the middle to try and avoid the over used or the one not flushed.
In 50yrs of my life I have seen technology supercede itself 10 fold in so many aspects of our world, in our home, in business, in infrastructure, transport but we still can't invent a public toilet block that is pleasant, hygenic as they are highly overused and completely unavoidable.
My theory is going for the very first one on the right, don't know why but I do, but guaranteed I go in with my eyes closed and nose blocked and hope for the best! 🤣🤣🤣
Natural hand sanitiser is a must when you travel!!!!

I am definitely not a fan of road tripping when it comes to buying food on the road, particularly having a big family. It is so expensive and not so nutritious. We have been travelling long roads for years whether it be holidays or to visit family and I have always cooked before travelling. A few of our favourites are quiches, muffins, pasties and scotched eggs (eggs wrapped in mince. They are such a crowd pleaser, so easy to make and an easy meal to eat on the road.. High protein, hidden veg and organic eggs and mince Burnham Grazing. What's your road trip food? ♥️THN♥️ if your diet allows scotched eggs google a recipe.
