If you enjoy the cooler weather campfire (says me in a short sleeve shirt 😬🤣), we just tried a non-toxic, homemade firelighters that work! All you need is an egg carton, some good quality candle wax and some used dried up teabags. It worked a treat! ♥️THN♥️

A sneaky Friday night curry! The 'Love my Earth' Mild Indian Curry is delicious. Organic vegies with Burnham Grazing organic diced beef. Instead of making my own naan inbetween sports I threw a Noosa Sourdough Co pizza base in the oven for some dipping bread. Worked perfectly 👌 No nasties, just a good hearty healthy meal. Every Sunday I try and mix it up a bit for the weekly lunchbox fillers. This week I made orange and poppy seed muffins (we are excited to be getting bulk poppy seeds in store 👏), healthy 'cornflake cookies', protein balls (I use whatever leftovers I have sometimes) and the kids were keen on making something else to contribute to the weeks snacks. Much to my 'not surprised' teenagers who drove and got the ingredients to make their Cadbury Brookie Cookies 🫣 I am sure they do it to watch my nagging reaction 🤣 I am that mum!
But, 80/20 rule applies. Guess which one is theirs and guess which ones will get eaten first 🫣♥️🤣 Our job is to give them the guidance and knowledge to understand what isn't real food these days. We live in a world of clever marketing, synthetic/processed foods and excessive sugar. I pray our kids always follow the 80/20 rule into their adult lives and understand the horrible gimmicky advertisements that pretend it's good for you 🙏♥️THN♥️ All ingredients available in store, except the Cadbury ones!!!! Google healthy recipes, AI is great for this these days..
