Life update; the past 6months have been an emotional rollercoaster, but I’ve closed the Milestones clinic, sold everything, bought a caravan and upgraded the car….. traded everything for;

- slowing down
- day naps
- listening to our bodies
- home schooling
- connection
- life experiences
- mindful movement
- traveling slow around Australia

Thank you for your support and understanding in closing Milestones, whilst I try to heal my body. From clients to colleagues and family and friends - I am very grateful for you all 🙌🏼

What’s next for Milestones? No idea….
But I’m happy to see a few clients via telehealth. So if anyone requires support or guidance in pregnancy or postpartum, complex case management, developmental assessment, or disability support - please get in contact via email.

For now it’s time to “let go” of my own expectations and learn to slow down and dwell in our new chapter 🤍

Farewell Drinks and Sip & Shop POSTPONED from 7th March. New Date Friday 14th of March, 2025.

Apologies for the inconvenience but I’ve had to change the dates due to health.

Next week is Milestones last week in clinic and it’s rather fitting that we finish the week and chapter off on a high, with nibbles, drinks and a huge sale on Friday 14th March, from 3pm - 7pm.

All concept store items are on Sale and therapy toys and equipment will be in our “Garage Sale”. Items as low as $2!!

I’m sorry I haven’t been able to see many of our amazing clients and families, or say thank you and goodbye properly. The last few months have been a rollercoaster, to say the least. If you’re free I would love to catch up, before we close our doors.

Our first (and Last) Mums and Bubs Educational Playgroup for 2025 - starts on Thursday 20th February, 9:30-11am and runs for 5 weeks!

We had a few organised Mumma’s on our waitlist, so we only have a handful of spots left. So please get in contact ASAP to confirm - as this will be the first and LAST group we run this year.

This one of a kind program has supported many Milestones families over the last few years and we cannot wait to meet our next group of Proactive Mums and their bubbas 🤍 and of course, enjoy the wisdom of Jen and Tegan from .with.me_speechpath .

Tag a friend or fellow Mumma who would love to learn, nurture, play and grow together, whilst enjoying coffee/tea, healthy snacks and spending time with passionate therapists and like-minded Mums.
