As of May we will have a new home!
Align Play Therapy is a new co-locating partner with Sage Psychology & Assessment. Very exciting to be connecting with Dr Mikaela Grayson and her amazing team.
Play Therapy will remain the same, just from the great new location.
This is a ground floor room and wheelchair accessible, with a ramp all the way from the car park. It’s also convenient for those of you with babies and prams.
See you all in May in the new location!

Hi everyone! It seems my voicemails are being strange. Some have disappeared completely, and some that are quite old have just come through.

I am SO EXCITED to announce I am now a certified Filial Therapy Facilitator. Filial Therapy is about strengthening the parent-child relationship, & supporting parents to become therapeutic agents in their children’s lives.

This is a 10 week program, where you (parent/carer), work closely with myself (therapist), as I help you develop the basic skills to support your child, & strengthen your relationship. These are invaluable skills that will stay with you, & can help enhance all relationships, especially those with children.

So excited to be able to offer this next year!
I’ll be trained in how to deliver a 10 session Filial Therapy Model that will help all parents develop their skills, support their children, & strengthen their relationships with their children.
