Years ago, I had a vision of working remotely, being able to travel and work from anywhere.

Today, I’m sitting in our caravan by the beach, ready to begin my day and I can’t help but feel deeply grateful.

Three incredible days on the Gold Coast facilitating at the Foodies Retreat.

I had the privilege of guiding the group through morning meditations and delivering workshops on Emotional Intelligence and Imposter Syndrome, two powerful topics that open the door for deeper self awareness, confidence and leadership.

What I love most about this work is creating spaces where people can pause, reflect and reconnect with their inner wisdom while gaining practical tools they can take back into their businesses and teams.

It’s always such a joy to reconnect with the amazing Foodie Coaches community and to meet both new and returning members. The conversations, the growth and the willingness of people to lean in and do the work is incredibly inspiring.

Feeling very grateful to continue sharing this work as a speaker and facilitator with organisations and communities who value personal growth, connection and courageous leadership.
