We have spent 3 years working on our company to get it right before assisting others in our community.
I personally have worked in aged care and disability for 23years and have always worked for the bigger company’s over my time. While my business partner and I sat around a fire one afternoon debriefing how we weren’t happy with how things were done at our previous employment we decided we could do it better and we could do things our way.
Rather then just going out on our own we wanted to create a company where staff were happy to come to work and our clients get the care they require.
After spending our time to make sure we were ready we have commenced taking on staff and clients earlier this year and definitely feel like we have made the right decision ♥️
