A social enterprise established by Equal Ground Support Services dedicated to providing a supported pathway in training and employment for people with disability in our community 🩵 We create meaningful employment and training opportunities for people with disability in the Gladstone Region community. “Standing on Equal Ground” is more than just words to us - it reflects the heart of what we do every day. It’s about creating a welcoming and inclusive space where everyone feels valued, respected, and supported.

Our café also provides meaningful opportunities for people with disabilities to gain hands-on experience, build skills, and feel a true sense of purpose in a supportive environment. We believe in ability, confidence, and creating pathways where everyone can contribute in a way that suits them.
