This fruit bowl was built with what nature offered last summer: juicy mango, sweet dragonfruit, fragrant lychee, and tangy passionfruit.
When we eat seasonally, we're syncing with light, rhythm, and circadian health 🌞 Seasonal fruits grow in harmony with the sun and soil of that moment, carrying nutrients, water, and energy designed for our bodies’ needs in that season.
In summer, depending on where we live in the world, water-rich fruits cool and hydrate us.
In winter, earthier foods ground and insulate.
When we step out of sync by importing foods grown thousands of kilometres away or eating against the seasons - we confuse our digestion and our body’s light-driven rhythms.
