About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gardener to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be passionate about horticulture and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

You will be responsible for the care, maintenance, and development of client lawns & gardens, ensuring they remain healthy & tidy. Additionally, the successful applicant will be expected to support and collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
🌱 Pruning, weeding, and general garden maintenance
🌱Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and caring for garden beds
🌱Operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment
🌱Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
🌱Supporting and assisting fellow employees in day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations (Supported Employment)

Requirements:
🌱Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture (preferred)
🌱Previous experience in support work (preferred but not required)
🌱Knowledge of plants, flowers, and lawn care
🌱Ability to work independently and as part of a team
🌱Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
🌱Attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful landscapes
🌱Strong communication and teamwork skills
🌱A valid driver’s license.
🌱Working with children (Blue Card)
🌱Yellow Card/NDIS Workers screening check
