I just wanted to thank Luci for an AMAZING Reiki session last night.

I have a friend in Perth and she knows life has been a little stressful / busy for me lately

She offered me a Reiki session a while ago but I didn't know too much about Reiki so never went ahead. Last night she insisted she could help relax me and so I took her up on this very generous offer !!!
I didn't really know what to expect 🤔

Well I must say it exceeded my expectations. Luci managed to slow my breathing / heart rate and I went into a most relaxed state. It truly was wonderful and all while she's sitting in Perth hooray for her and our 21st century technology 👏

I slept the best I'd slept in a long time and didn't wake until 3.50am (yep that's great for me)
What I did notice is how energised I felt obviously I got more REMS sleep ( deep sleep) than usual
Super cool. Took Snoopy for a walk on the beach and because I wasn't struggling with my usual fatigue it felt enjoyable

If anyone is out there struggling with stress and lack of sleep I've left her link above. She s a great friend beautiful person and I'm sure she can help you as she has me. I'll definitely add this to my healthy habits routine 💪
