Paris is home. My son wanted a little of her in a keyring for his car. As she loved going in the car.

Thank you to everyone that showed their care and love on my post about losing Paris. It really meant a lot to me. Last week was a tough week emotionally.

This is why my staff and myself do the job we do. All animals deserve the respect and dignity not only in life but in death as well.

Today I had to say goodbye to my best friend Paris. It is never easy to make the decision to let them go and no longer be in pain.

As we support families when they lose their furbabies with compassion and can relate to their feelings. Its so hard when you have to prepare your own loved one for cremation. Placing her in the coldroom, not wanting to let her go. Having to write out a ID tag and place on her. All the while my heart is in peaces.

Paris was a rescue from Gladstone Rescue. I went with a friend for them to look at her. By the end of the visit Paris came home with me. 5 (next month) wonderful years together just her and I.

No more following me around the house, road trips or coming to work. You brought light to my life and love to my heart. Even though my heart may be broken, in time it will lift the veil of heartbreak for the Love to shine again.

Thank you Paris (Bubba Girl) Mumma loves you always.
