Our centre is wheelchair accessible. headspace Gladstone can help young people aged 12-25 going through a though time. headspace Gladstone offers FREE:

- Mental health support
- Group activities for LGBTQIA+ young people
- Group activities for young people aged 12 to 25 years old
- Access to support with Alcohol and Other Drugs
- Access to a FREE GP
- Access to sexual health support
- Access to support to work or study support through our Vocation Support worker
- Interschool and community education

HEADSPACE CAN HELP IF YOU:

• are feeling down, stressed or can’t stop worrying
• haven't felt like yourself for a long time
• can't deal with school or finding it difficult to concentrate
• are feeling sick or worried about your health
• want to cut down on your drinking or drug use
• want to talk about sexuality, identity or relationships
• are having difficulties with friendships
• have sexual health issues or want to find out about contraception
• are being bullied, hurt or harassed
• are worried about work or study or if you’re having money trouble

Yesterday Lachy had the opportunity to attend Calliope Youth Fest at Bunting Park, a free, youth-led community event coordinated and funded by Gladstone Regional Council organised by the Calliope Eventsters (students from Calliope State High School). Spending the day connecting with young people, families and community, sharing headspace resources, and celebrating the talent on show across the youth markets, live music and roving entertainment. Thank you to Council and the Eventsters for championing youth voice and creating a safe, welcoming space for the community. 💚
