Breathe Deep, Drain Deep: Why Your Diaphragm is the Unsung Hero of the Lymphatic System 🌿

Did you know that your diaphragm β€” that dome-shaped muscle under your lungs β€” is not just for breathing, but is also one of your lymphatic system’s best friends?

A gentle practice for release, clarity & nervous-system softening

This Full Moon in Gemini arrives inside a powerful Grand Cross, illuminating tension points, old mental loops, and the places where our energy has been stretched too thin. But this configuration also brings a breakthrough moment β€” a chance to exhale, recalibrate, and choose peace.

Here’s a simple ritual you can do under the moonlight tonight or tomorrow, whether you’re outside or cozy indoors:

1. Create a Soft Space
You only need a few things:
β€’ A blanket or place to sit

Incoming Energy Alert -

An intense series of solar plasma waves is currently hitting Earth. Those symptoms we all know like the sudden tiredness, tight chest, heart palps, the sudden high frequency in the ears, issues with bloating, digestion and food are about to dramatically increase in some and are not limited to other issues such as aches and pains.

The science first recorded four distinct magnetic field spikes suggesting multiple bursts of very dense solar plasma followed by a fifth, much stronger shock wave as now arriving. This surge is now hitting Earth and could trigger geomagnetic storms ranging from G1 (minor) up to possibly G3 (strong). Even though I try to do the best for myself I was still stuck in a pattern that was holding back my health. This last two weeks have been an amazing experience with new choices made and now following a new path. πŸ™

This is the best I have felt mentally and physically for months, maybe even years. 😌

I guess what I'm trying to say is if you feel stuck, look and act on just one thing that is presented to you and the ball will just start rolling for you. Even just one little thing. You will find opportunities to burst free everywhere. The universe wants you to be happy and feel great. β€οΈπŸ’œβ€οΈ
