Mind Body Flo 4 Health classes are a blend of breathwork, dynamic stretches, somatic exercises, mindful movement and meditation suitable for all ages and abilities.

Your facilitators, Jeanie and Paul bring a unique "Yin and Yang" balance to each class and have extensive experience in Qi Gong, Pilates, Yoga, Breathwork, Mindfulness, Meditation, Hypnotherapy, Remedial Therapies plus many more…

Classes each week are centred around influential external source energies and seasonal environmental impacts .

A yoga mat is optional
Bring a water bottle
Wear Comfortable clothing
Bring a cushion/blanket to keep you cosy during meditation.
Chairs are available if needed.
Bring Concession Card if applicable.
*Please note no shoes are allowed on the hall floor, so bring non slip socks or a non slip yoga mat or you can wear clean soft bottom footwear.

A great week to tap into the cosmic vibrations and raise your vibration and watch your life evolve 🤩
Raising your vibration is all about cultivating a higher energy frequency, It’s like tuning into your favourite radio station, but instead of tunes, you’re vibing on a spiritual level.

Mindset is key: Focus on gratitude, self-love, and positivity. Try to reframe negative thoughts and replace them with affirmations💞.

Get moving: Exercise releases endorphins, which are like natural happy pills. Find a physical activity that you enjoy, whether it’s Qi Gong, yoga, dancing, or hiking. Get those endorphins pumping! 🏋️‍♀️

Connect with nature:Spend time outdoors, soak up some sunshine, and breathe in that fresh air. 🌳

Meditate : Take time to quiet your mind and focus on your breath. Meditation can help calm your energy and raise your vibration. 🙏

Behind the scenes of online class week 41 - “Think Happy Thoughts “
This week we work with Earth and Water Elements to bring in inner stillness and peace.
As we enter a Full Moon in the sign of Aries ♈️ we need to be mindful of calming fire like qualities, such as heated arguments or quick to judge others, instead Breathe, take a moment before we act.
“Dragonfly kisses the pond” embodies breath, balance and connection to your inner self 💗
In qigong, the Dragonfly is often associated with several symbolic meanings:

1. Agility and Lightness. Dragonflies are known for their agile movements, which represent flexibility and lightness in qigong practice.
2. Transformation. Dragonflies undergo a significant transformation from aquatic larvae to flying adults, symbolising personal growth and spiritual transformation.
3. Balance and Harmony. Dragonflies’ ability to fly and hover in balance reflects the qigong principles of balance and harmony between body, mind, and energy.
