Change is the only constant … it brings growth, evolution, and new beginnings. After years of teaching, learning, and moving through life’s shifts, I’m embracing a new chapter—one I’d love for you to be part of.

📍 A look back at the journey so far:
1998 - Started my own yoga practice at 15
2010 - Said YES to starting my Level 1 teacher training
2011 – Teaching in studios & corporate spaces across Brisbane & the Sunshine Coast, whilst adding various extra training hours and components to my yoga tool box
2015 – Launched Simply Breathe Yoga Mindfulness
2017 – Joined Instagram & moved to the Hunter Valley, NSW
2018 – Opened my own space in Greta, NSW
2019 – Moved back to the Sunshine Coast
2021 – Became a mother
2022 – Started teaching from home
2024 – Began collaborating with Ani. 💗

There’s no longer a separation between my practice and who I am. The 100s of hours of training, 1000s of classes, and years of experience aren’t just what I do—they’re woven into every part of me. As things evolve, so do I.

I’m beyond grateful for each of you who has been part of this journey. Your support, presence, and energy mean everything.

How often do you pause to ask: “Am I moving through life with ease, or am I pushing through discomfort that doesn’t serve me?”
Life in alignment isn’t about avoiding challenges—it’s about trusting your intuition to guide you through with grace.

Feeling aligned doesn’t just happen—it’s a practice, a choice, and a commitment to trusting yourself.

Here’s how you can start creating that ease and flow:

💡 Tips to Get Started:
1. Pause Daily: Take 5 minutes each morning to sit quietly, breathe deeply, and notice what feels aligned for the day ahead.

2. Tune Into Your Body: When making decisions, notice how your body reacts. A feeling of lightness often signals alignment; tension may indicate resistance.

3. Set a ‘Yes’ Boundary: Only say yes to things that feel expansive and nourishing. If it’s not a clear yes, it’s likely a no.

4. Celebrate Flow Moments: When things feel natural and easy, reflect on what made that possible. Build more of those moments into your life.

Alignment isn’t about being perfect; it’s about being intentional and trusting the journey. 🌿
