Hello Friends - it's been a while! Life has been full-on lately, but I'm finally coming up for air.

One thing that's been on my mind (especially in the middle of the night) is sleep. Falling asleep is rarely an issue, but staying asleep? Different story entirely!

I've been trying a few things to help, and one I'm really loving is Reishi mushrooms โ˜• They help calm the nervous system, support hormone balance, and seem to be making a real difference. A hot cup of Reishi tea before bed is my new little ritual ๐ŸŒ™โœจ

This weekend, I braved the busy markets and found some amazing marinated veggies preserved in extra virgin olive oilโ€”delicious! But wow, the crowds reminded me how overwhelming this season can get.

One quick trick I use to stay grounded: box breathing. Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4, and hold again for 4. Just one minute can help you reset.

Three things I found useful when making a tree-change recently:

Clarify Your Motivation: clearly define why youโ€™re making this change. Understanding your motivations will help you stay focused and committed.

Continuous Learning and Adaptability: stay open to learning and adaptability. Embrace the new skills and knowledge required for your change, whether itโ€™s a career switch or a move to a different environment.

Mindful Self-Care: prioritise self-care to maintain your physical and mental well-being. Whether itโ€™s through meditation, exercise, or other personal practices, taking care of yourself ensures you have the resilience and energy needed to navigate the opportunities that come with change.
