Most plantar fasciitis fixes fail for one reason: they treat just the foot, not the cause.

If your heel pain keeps coming back, it's usually not just because you haven't stretched enough.

At A&S Podiatry, we look at why the tissue is being overloaded in the first place. Commonly we see things like:

➡️ How you're walking and loading through the foot/ankle
➡️ Calf/Achilles tightness + strength balance
➡️ Foot mechanics and footwear (when it matters)
➡️ Training or work load that is quietly aggravating it

From there, we build a clear plan to settle symptoms and get you moving comfortably again which may include hands-on treatment, targeted rehab, and (when appropriate) custom orthotics or laser therapy.
