General wrist + TFCC strapping to help provide extra support and stability through the wrist.

This type of strapping is often used when there is irritation around the TFCC or pain on the ulnar side of the wrist. The goal is to offload the structures that help stabilise the joint while still allowing the wrist to move and function during everyday activities, training, or sport.

Strapping can be a helpful short-term tool to reduce stress through the wrist and make movement more comfortable, but it works best when combined with the right rehab and load management to address the underlying issue.

Wondering when to strap your injuries? We got you 👇

Use strapping in the early stages of an injury for support or when returning to sport before regaining full strength.

Strapping is best used to stabilise an injury, provide pain relief, or prevent re-injury during physical activity.

However, strapping is not a standalone solution for rehabilitation. You need to a personalised rehab program that addresses the cause of your injury, and addresses factors, like technique and load, that may lead to further injury.
