I am a counsellor, coach and sex educator based in Perth, Western Australia. I use an eclectic approach to therapy and coaching incorporating psychodynamic, existential, and humanistic perspectives; as well as mindful and embodied based practices and techniques. I specialise in working with individuals and groups in the areas of sexuality and embodiment. I am deeply motivated and passionate about
furthering the culture of consent, embodiment, and sexual freedom. I love to work with individuals and groups to explore and deepen their relationship with their body and identity as sexual, sensual, and sovereign beings. I have been coaching individuals in private practice since 2012 and continue to support people to further their self development and well-being. I focus on developing mental, emotional, and body awareness with each client, and their connection with their own internal compass, so that they feel more empowered to make the decisions in life that are right for them. In 2014 I expanded my practice to include somatic sex education which consists of mindful, body-based modalities and teachings that develop body awareness and is wholly inclusive of sexual and sensual pleasure. After completing my counselling degree in 2017, my sessions are now open to clients seeking support with issues and concerns that may be deeply and adversely impacting their lives and wish to receive support to work through their concerns in a safe, empathetic, and committed therapeutic relationship.
