This isn’t just a plank.

Start with a solid line through the body, then progress into pike planks to open up the posterior chain and challenge your core in motion.
Add progressions:
• Hold
• Push-up variations
• Controlled carriage movement
• Stretch + chin tuck for neural tension work
But here’s the catch — this is NOT for everyone. If symptoms are acute (e.g. disc flare), get assessed first.
