Ashleigh is the friendly face of our Glen Innes office and a vital part of our team. She supports new clients through admissions, oversees yearly reviews, arranges home modifications, and manages payroll and feedback systems to keep everything running smoothly.

Deeply passionate about the community, Ash brings both warmth and professionalism to her role.

Lea is a registered nurse, our Director, and a true pillar of New England Care.
She oversees day-to-day operations, manages quality control, conducts wound care visits, DVA reviews, and ensures our care meets the highest standards through staff competency training and client surveys.

With over three decades in the role, Lea founded New England Care in 1989, she continues to bring warmth, dedication, and purpose to everything she does.
