Today we’re celebrating headspace day, a national day supporting the mental health and wellbeing of young people!

This headspace day, we want to talk about making space for what matters to young people.

It’s not about doing more; it’s changing the ways we do things and being creative with our time.

That’s why this year we’re encouraging young people and everyone who supports them to make space for what matters to them.

If you, or someone you know, between the ages of 12 and 25 is experiencing difficulties pop into our office at 303c Grey St or give us a call on (02) 6739 7700 to talk about our free NRG program.
