What a great night! Last night Tara and I attended the New England North West Business awards in Armidale as a finalist in the Outstanding Business Leader - 20 employees and under category. Although we didn’t come away with an award, we were super proud to be representing Glen Innes business with an amazing group of people from our region.

Oh my goodness!!! I have made finalist in the New England North West business awards. I am very proud of my little business and have put my heart and soul into it. What a weekend!!! Beauty expo for me is connecting with amazing like minded women. I can’t explain how supportive and encouraging everyone is. Coming from such a small town it’s easy to feel like a nobody in a sea of faces. It was such an amazing feeling having so many people spot me and come and say hi, give me a hug or suggest we get a pic. Can’t wait for next year!!!

We have the most thoughtful clients. Last night one arrived with this gorgeous plant to congratulate me on my awards and then this morning another brought me a hot chocolate and muffin for seeing her early to fit around another appointment.
My favourite part of this job is making connections with amazing, beautiful women. You guys keep us going.
Presents aren’t a requirement but they will always be accepted 😉

Last nights business awards was such a surprise! We won both outstanding business owner over 35years and runner up in the people’s choice beauty and wellbeing category.
As a super small business who tends to quietly chug along doing what we love, it is amazing to be recognised for all of our hard work.
We would like to thank all of our beautiful clients who continue to supports us and anyone who took the time to vote or nominate us. It is very much appreciated.
Thanks to hubby for accompanying me and cheering me on, as a fish out of water last night, I really appreciate it. Tara I missed having you by my side. Without you we couldn’t have done it. This business is as much yours as it is mine.
Congratulations to all the winners last night. It was a great night.
