Inhale for 4 seconds
Hold for 7 seconds
Exhale for 8 seconds.

Repeat for 3-5 minutes to help downregulate and bring about a sense of peace, calm & relaxation.

Whether you’re preparing for a sporting event, an important presentation or simply need to sharpen your edge, this simple breathing technique can help.

Find a comfortable position. With forceful exhales through the nose and the belly drawing in towards the spine, allow the inhale to happen naturally. Try 3 rounds of 60 seconds each. Repeat for 3–5 minutes.

You may just notice a calmer heart rate, a clearer mind, and a profound sense of balance.
