In April 2024, we are offering our annual flu vaccination clinics. Please note that during your appointment, you can opt for a COVID-19 booster if you are 12 years or older and eligible.
These appointments are strictly short vaccination appointments only. No referrals / scripts / questions other than vaccine-related enquiries can be covered during these consultations.
Flu vaccines are $25 each, except for people in the following groups that are eligible for a free seasonal influenza vaccine:
- people aged six months to less than five years
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged six months and older
- pregnant women (can be given at any stage of each pregnancy)
- people aged 65 years and older (a vaccine that is specifically designed to produce a higher immune response is available for this group).
- people aged six months and older with medical conditions putting them at increased risk of severe influenza and its complications.
The consultation and administration of the flu vaccine during the flu clinic appointment is bulk-billed for holders of a valid Medicare card.
