I hope everyone has enjoyed their Easter weekend!

It has been a while since I have popped by and updated things. So I thought i should.

Ill be restricting hours/days over the school holidays, not just this one but all of the school breaks. This hasnt affected many of you at all and i will continue to keep all my regulars updated when needed.

As for appointments available, days times are below⬇️

New year, new room 🤔🤣

Still a few bits and pieces left to do, but it's been a vibe in there today💪 The layout works much better, especially for my PT clients.

With that said, next available appointments are:

🔵Monday 12th: 3:30pm.

🔵Tuesday 13th: 10:30am, 12pm, 3pm.

🔵Friday 16th: 11am, 12:15pm.

These spots are available for massage or Personal training appointments 💆‍♀️💆🏋‍♀️🏋‍♂️

They say a change is as good as a holiday right?!

There will be few changes coming to Glen Oak Bodyworks in 2026!

Most will be effective in February but 1 starts as of next week.
I will only be open Fridays 9am till 2:30pm due to commitments with my family. So I apologise in advance if anyone will be after late Fridays but I can not simply so that any more.

I will be making up for that by opening up Thursdays till late and possibly 1 Saturday a month if our family has no other plans. This may only start as of February when schools back, haven't quite decided when Thursdays will be available.

Few other things will be put up in next week or so.

Keep an eye out to check on what changes and offers will be available!
