Today's recipe: HEALTHY PRAWN POKE BOWL
Ingredients
• 1/2 avocado
• 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
• 1/2 cup cucumber (diced)
• 1/2 cup Corn kernels optional
• 1 boiled egg
• 1/4 cup shredded red cabbage
• 5-7 prawns
Instructions
1. Marinate prawns in Cajun Spice blend
2. Add more Cajun spice for additional heat and leave for at least 4 hours.
3. Boil 1 egg for 8 minutes
4. Dice cherry tomatoes + cucumber+ Corn (optional)
5. Shred red cabbage
6. Slice 1/2 avocado
7. Add one table of oil to fry pan on high heat and cook prawns for two
minutes on each side until golden.
8. Style ingredients in a rainbow to effect.
