Primary Practitioner, Terri Louras, is a past Honours Graduate from the Department of Physiotherapy in the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences at Melbourne University. She has also completed Levels 1,2 & 3 in Clinical Pilates through DMA. Terri’s special interest areas include musculo-skeletal and sports physiotherapy, pregnancy and chronic pain conditions, including soft tissue and rheumatic/arthritic disorders. She has been an enthusiastic, thorough and holistic physiotherapist working in private practice in Glen Waverley for nearly 20 years. Terri’s approach is centered around her attention to detail, her ability to listen, navigate your symptoms and formulate the right assessment and treatment tailored to your condition. A true professional, with thorough explanation, graded treatment planning and an in depth focus on education. The treatments are predominantly “hands on” focused with a quick and appropriate progression to active rehabilitation and self management. Her passion for optimal all-round health and well being has endeared her to many patients over the last two decades and has gained a wide-spread network of inter-referring local GPs, specialists and other allied health professionals. ** Update on Lockdown 6.0!! **

We can confirm our clinic remains OPEN as an essential service. There are guidelines we are following as to which appointments are essential and others that may need to become Telehealth or be rescheduled to after the lockdown period.

We understand how disappointing it is for Victoria to be in another lockdown and frustrating too.

In line with DHHS guidelines, our clinical setting is authorised for essential care Telehealth appointments only. Our clinic line is open to discuss your needs, reschedule appointments and support in any way we can. However we will be closed for face to face consultations until Tuesday.

This is another important time in our lives to stay healthy and well and above all, safe with our close ones. We endeavour to keep you all updated with further developments. Many thanks for your understanding!

** Covid Update on extended 7 day lockdown **

In line with current advice and support from DHHS and the APA, we are opening the clinic tomorrow, with restrictions on essential appointments only. We endeavour to call all patients affected this week to discuss your eligibility for an essential care appointment.

** Covid Update **

Due to Victoria’s current 7 day lockdown, we’ve made a decision to temporarily close the clinic. All affected appointments will be contacted and rescheduled. It’s a difficult time again for everyone and we hope to review being open for your physiotherapy needs after the initial dust settles. We will keep you updated as the situation evolves and our team aims to be available as soon as possible.

Patients with critical care needs will be contacted to discuss your treatment. In the meantime, our line is open, reception is here to help and we wish everyone stays well and healthy and we’ll bounce back very soon!

We are extremely pleased to be open from tomorrow 9am!

We maintain all our strict hygiene and screening protocols and continue to comply with all DHHS regulations and recommendations.

A reminder all therapists, staff and patients entering the clinic are wearing a mask, for all services provided. Please inform reception if you have visited a Covid public exposure site, are feeling unwell or have any questions as to how we are making you, and us, safe.

Our priority remains to uphold your treatment plans, regain any lost grounds and provide and educate you with your tailored management plan and self help strategies for all acute, chronic and pre and post-operative conditions.

In line with the recently announced 5 day lockdown, our clinic will be closed for all face to face appointments. We continue to be available to you via Telehealth appointments only.
