Never again am I going to be greeted by this beauty awaiting meal times at the hay shed.

Never again will I hear the soft nicker of Arizona communicating her needs gently & decisively.

Never again will I feel the warmth of her physical presence, her soft warm breath or to be put in my place by this girl.

32 years young.

Yesterday my princess took the opportunity of the solstice gateway to make her transition from the earthly plane. ✨️ It was sudden & unexpected. Leaving a kind of hollow silence on the property.

My deepest gratitude to beautiful neighbour Dave Cannon who offered support to lay her to rest, with so much dignity, compassion, heart.

This dear soul offered herself up as first inline. Her name is Essense. She is the 2nd youngest & the smallest in the herd. She is also the one who hangs back from the rest of the herd until she feels completely safe. Not necessarily the bottom of the pecking order, though. Huge aura.
Essence made her presence strongly felt awhile ago & wanted to discuss connection & belonging. The need to feel connection, to feel safe, to be seen, to be heard. Bless her, Essence insisted on been groomed & adorned with the herbal flower Feverfew which is said to be grounding, protective & purifying. This allowed her to feel completely seen & heard. That is the message from her. Everyone deserves to be seen & heard, be validated & feel loved.
For this reason I am offering my existing Healing & Channelling sessions with the horses if you feel it reasontes. Every session will be individual & unique. All exchanges for services will go to directly enhancing the horses lives here at the sanctuary. If it is something that you would like to experience reach out & we can explore the options together.

Time is nearing to close the chapter on this year.
Rather than getting caught up on all the busyness that season brings, what if we took the time to slow down & reflect on what was.
🙏 Offer deep gratitude for the gifts, lessons & love we received.
🙏 Reflect on those connections grown & those connections that we parted ways with.
🙏 Offer forgiveness to those that hurt us.
🙏 Most importantly Reflect on how we have grown.

It's deeply healing to allow yourself the space to reflect, process & integrate.
✨️ What if we gave this gift of allowance to ourselves bringing forward the opportunity to take a deep dive into the past year, wrapping it up & opening up new possibilities for the coming year.
✨️ What if rather than setting goals we set the intention to be the best human we can be. To co create, love unconditionally, be honest & authentic. To have the strength & courage to manifest your hearts desire. To bring community together.
Most importantly foster peace within your own heart allowing that flow to touch others.

Reflections.
We are birthed into this world full of wonder, curiosity, a willingness to expand, learn, grow, blossom 🌸, experience love & joy. A life & opportunity to fulfil our hearts desire 💕 Inevitably as we grow we get burn't like a flower in the hot sun. A desire to continue growing allows us to be watered & flower again day after day. For many of us that sun is to strong, the flower slowly dies. Our power, our willingness to try, to expand diminishes. We begin to walk the path that our parents, society, education system has layed out for us. That desire, that spark ✨️ of your own divine essence buried so deeply that it becomes all but forgotten. That little sovereign being fades into the masses.
Well my beloved ones it is still there. Under lock & key within your own heart. Be brave enough to have the willingness to search for that key & unlock your heart. It takes such courage for the layers of protection will be many. It will leave you feeling raw & exposed, but gently hold yourself as you allow those layers to fall away. Allow you to hold you knowing that you will keep yourself safe. Trust in the process. Then one day there you are. That little sovereign being ready to be birthed once again & step fully into your divine birth right.

* What if we approached working with horses with a sense of curiosity.

* An invitation rather than request.

* Asking them the question are they open to the possibility of connection, so we can build trust & a deeper level of communication.

🪷 Questions, possibilities, invitions all open our minds, energy field & therefore our bodies. Horses will respond in kind as they are such sensitive beings, opening a doorway to a positive new direction & a relationship based on connection/ respect & desired outcomes.

Someone very dear to me recently shared this gentle message that spoke so loudly to me at the time & still does.
Sometimes we get caught in a river of emotion, going round & round in circles in never ending cycles of pain, grief, depression with seemly no way forward. Whilst this can serve a purpose for a time of deep healing, there comes a time when we need look up & search for the river bank. It takes conscious effort. A willingness to let the past be the past & gently move forward. All it needs to start with is a thought, a possibility & a willingness. For me that is when my deepest healing has taken place & we can be the miracle.
