Male Worker position: We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Worker with strong mental health experience to join our small, supportive team. This role will involve working with multiple male clients, both youth and adults, providing consistent support across home, community, and capacity-building activities.
For the right applicant, we can offer:
⢠Up to 35 hours per week on a regular and stable roster
⢠Additional cover shifts where available
⢠Additional fortnightly or monthly Saturday shifts available if desired

Female Support Worker:
30+ Hours Per Week | Two Placements
Locations: Yarrabilba & Southport
We also have an exciting opportunity for a female Disability Support Worker to support two participants across Yarrabilba and Southport, offering 30+ regular hours per week.
This role is ideal for someone wanting a stable, ongoing roster with two consistent clients.

You will be supporting clients with:

⢠Emotional regulation and routine building
⢠Transport to appointments and community activities

Essential Requirements (Both Roles)
⢠Prior experience working with mental health, psychosocial disability, or behavioural support needs
⢠Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
⢠Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
⢠Driverās Licence & reliable, insured vehicle
⢠Current First Aid & CPR
⢠Ability to work independently and follow support plans
⢠Strong communication and note-taking skills
⢠Comfortable working with clients of various ages
Male position: Must be comfortable supporting male clients across different age groups
Female position: Must be comfortable supporting female clients with cognitive disability and Mental Health
