Happiness 🎈
A teacher gave a balloon to every student, who had to inflate it, write their name on it and throw it in the hallway. The teacher then mixed all the balloons. The students were then given 5 minutes to find their own balloon.

Despite a hectic search, no one found their balloon. At that point, the teacher told the students to take the first balloon that they found and hand it to the person whose name was written on it. Within 5 minutes, everyone had their own balloon.

The teacher said to the students:
"These balloons are like happiness.
We will never find it if everyone is looking for their own. But if we care about other people's happiness, we'll find ours too."

We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team and provide care in the Beaudesert and Pimpama areas. If you’re reliable, compassionate, and enjoy making a difference in people’s lives, we want to hear from you!

Position 1 - Beaudesert Area�Two clients, two locations (1 male, 1 female)�Shifts:

* Tuesday: 5pm - 9pm
* Wednesday: 2:30pm - 9pm
* Friday: 5pm - 9pm (weekly or fortnightly)
* Saturday: 2:30pm - 9pm (weekly or fortnightly)

Clients Requested Requirements:
* Female applicant preferred
* Experience with personal care (aid changes, manual handling)
* Assistance with feeding
* Manual handling training (can be provided)

Position 2 - Pimpama Area�Shifts:
* Monday: 7:30am - 10:30am
* Tuesday: 7:30am - 9:30am
* Wednesday: 7:30am - 10:30am
* Thursday: Optional 7:30am - 9:30am
* Friday: 1pm - 5pm (Community access)

Clients Requested Requirements:
* Female applicant preferred
* Assist with daily living activities
* Patient, understanding, and firm when needed
