You can’t train like an athlete and recover like it’s optional !!

Proper recovery isn’t:
• chugging a protein shake and hoping for the best
• “good posture” as your recovery plan
• skulling plain water and calling it proper hydration

Real performance comes from what you do after the session, heat, cold, circulation, stillness, and hydration that actually replaces what you lose.
