I’m so excited to announce that we have a new osteopath joining the Nourish team 🙌

Rachelle joins us from Victoria and will be working Tuesdays at Nourish from 5th March 🤩 Bookings via the website - link in bio.

Rachelle graduated from RMIT University in Victoria with a double degree in Health Science and Applied Science in Osteopathy.

With a multifaceted approach to health, Rachelle values the interconnectedness of the body and mind. She is particularly intrigued by the intricate workings of the human body, from its physiological functions to the symbiotic relationship between gut health and mental well-being.

Drawing from her diverse experiences, Rachelle has had the privilege of working alongside elite athletes as a sports trainer for AFL teams and providing support as an NDIS support worker. These opportunities have enriched her understanding of human resilience and the importance of tailored, inclusive healthcare solutions.

Driven by her commitment to patient-centred care, Rachelle strives to empower her patients on their journey to wellness. She believes in fostering open communication and collaboration, ensuring that everyone receives personalised attention and support.

Outside of her professional endeavours, Rachelle indulges in a variety of hobbies, including DIY art projects and adventurous road trips. Recently, she embarked on a memorable journey across the Nullarbor to Western Australia.

With a compassionate heart and a dedication to holistic healing, Rachelle is excited to continue her mission of making a positive impact on the lives of her patients, one individualized treatment at a time.

I’m in Melbourne today learning about the osteopathic treatment of mastitis, blocked ducts, engorgement and blebs🤱 from Katie and Elise

Breastfeeding is a topic I’ve been very passionate about for the last 21 years! I’ve racked up almost 16 years of breastfeeding myself (and counting!) and have experienced all these conditions myself personally and know how confusing the info can be around treatment and how utterly painful and sick you can feel if you experience any of these conditions. 🤒

As with every condition I treat, Im big on helping you understand the how and why so you can have a plan to prevent it happening again ☺️

I’ve just had a beautiful weekend in Brisbane with .institute learning more about preparing pregnant people for birth. I’m SO excited to bring this knowledge and these techniques into my practice to support YOU in achieving the birth that you desire. 🙌 I’ve been so passionate about birth and pregnancy since my first pregnancy 21 years ago, and I’m so pleased to take my pelvic health practice to this next level where I can now perform internal assessments and techniques in 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy to help prepare your body for birth🤰
