🌟 At His and Her Time, we absolutely love receiving feedback like this! 🌟

Meet Catherine Odea, who has been training with us for a few years. When she first joined, she was already fit from running, but strength training was new to her. Over time, we’ve guided Catherine to focus on her form and be mindful of the muscle groups she’s working.

The results? Incredible! Recently, while tackling the Mega Climb at West Beach, Catherine was thrilled to discover just how strong she has become. 💪 “At first, my legs were shaking, but then I realised I had the strength in my body! I relaxed and enjoyed how strong I felt! It was such a wonderful feeling to know that I could and was able to do it!”

Strength training is essential, especially as our hormones change—it’s a must for everyone!

Join us at His and Her Time for outdoor fitness that truly makes a difference. With 20 years in the community, we must be doing something right! 🌳✨
