Something cosy + yummy for the weekend…✨
These sweet potato brownies are perfectly rich + fudgy, but made with real, whole ingredients your body knows what to do with!
THE RECIPE 👉🏻
– 1 cup mashed sweet potato (roasted or steamed until soft)
– 1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut works best)
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– 1/4 cup ceremonial cacao (fine)
– 1/4 cup oat flour (or blended oats)
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– Pinch of sea salt
Optional: dark chocolate chips (still great without)
Mix everything together until smooth, pour into a lined tray, and bake at 180°C for 20–25 mins. Let them cool (important for that fudgy texture) and enjoy.
