Something cosy + yummy for the weekend…✨

These sweet potato brownies are perfectly rich + fudgy, but made with real, whole ingredients your body knows what to do with!

THE RECIPE 👉🏻

– 1 cup mashed sweet potato (roasted or steamed until soft)
– 1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut works best)
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– 1/4 cup ceremonial cacao (fine)
– 1/4 cup oat flour (or blended oats)
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– Pinch of sea salt
Optional: dark chocolate chips (still great without)

Mix everything together until smooth, pour into a lined tray, and bake at 180°C for 20–25 mins. Let them cool (important for that fudgy texture) and enjoy.

We’re so done with over-stripping, overcomplicating, and overdoing all things skin 😳

We hear high cortisol being thrown around a lot… but what about high cortisone? 😳

Cortisol = your body’s stress hormone.
Cortisone = its inactive form.

When the body’s under ongoing stress or inflammation, it starts converting more cortisol into cortisone as a protective response.

But that doesn’t mean things are “fine”… it means your system is working overtime (BIG time) constantly buffering, compensating, and trying to keep you balanced behind the scenes.

Have you tried making your own granola? 😮‍💨🫶

It’s honestly so easy… and once you do, the store versions just don’t hit the same!

This is our Golden Ground Granola; a naturopath-approved blend built on quinoa flakes, nuts, and seeds

Great for steady energy, adding mineral support, and just a great breakfast addition to some yoghurt and fruit!

SAVE ME FOR LATER 🌼

Ingredients •
* 2 cups quinoa flakes
* 1 cup almonds (roughly chopped)
* 1 cup walnuts or pecans
* ½ cup pumpkin seeds
* ½ cup sunflower seeds
* ¼ cup chia or flax seeds
* ½ cup shredded coconut
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* Pinch of sea salt
* ⅓ cup coconut oil (melted)
* ⅓ cup maple syrup or raw honey
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* Optional: cacao nibs or dried berries (added after baking)

How to •
1. Preheat oven to 160°C (fan-forced).
2. Mix quinoa flakes, nuts, seeds, coconut, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
3. Whisk coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla together, then pour over dry mix.
4. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
5. Spread onto a lined tray in an even layer.
6. Bake for 15–25 minutes, stirring once halfway, until lightly golden and fragrant.
7. Let it cool completely (this is where the crunch sets).
8. Add any extras once cooled.

Store in a glass airtight jar in a cool, dry pantry and always use a dry spoon. It keeps beautifully for 2–3 weeks at room temperature, or up to a month if stored frozen!

If it softens slightly over time, just re-toast for a few minutes to bring the crunch back 🥜

Jacqui specialises in symptoms such as peri to post menopause, fibroids, thyroid disorders, endometriosis, PMS and amenorrhoea.

Gemma has a keen interest for gut health, stress related disorders, teenage hormone health, pre- pregnancy support and auto-immune disease.
