Myofascial cupping!
Stiff neck, tight shoulders, aching back? If sitting all day has your body in knots, myofascial cupping could be the relief you’ve been looking for.
What is it?
It’s a gentle, modern twist on traditional cupping. Using suction cups, we create negative pressure that lifts the skin and fascia which helps:
Increase blood flow
Loosen tight muscles and fascia
Break up adhesions (knots)
Promote healing and recovery
Think of it as a reverse massage. Instead of pushing down, it lifts up, giving stuck tissues the space they need to move and heal. 💪🏽

What is Dry Needling?
Dry needling is a modern technique used by several of our practitioners across various services to help relieve pain and improve function.
It involves inserting thin, sterile needles into tight or knotted muscles (trigger points) to release tension, improve blood flow, and restore mobility.
Benefits of Dry Needling:
✔ Reduces pain
✔ Increases mobility
✔ Speeds up recovery
✔ Releases tight or overactive muscles
It’s perfect for:
- Neck & shoulder tension from desk work
- Lower back pain from prolonged sitting
- Wrist & forearm tightness
- Tech-neck & posture issues
- Quick, targeted, and often offering fast relief—dry needling could be the solution you’ve been looking for.
Call us on 8376 2000 to learn more and find out which of our practitioners offer this service 📞
