Soul Awaken Skin Therapies

From a mental health perspective, I cannot offer counselling or any other formal healing modalities, but what I can do, is provide a safe space for women, where they can simply switch off and escape from the world.

Through my personal experience of living with mental illness I can personally vouch for the healing power of relaxation and self care. Whether that be with a monthly massage booking, an evening skin care routine or simply 30 seconds to just simply breathe. It all adds up over time by slowly instilling self respect and putting love back into your soul.

I want to help women to experience life on the other side of suffering, where you can simply be at ease and find the courage to live your best life. I want to help you awaken to a new state of being. There are many more thoughts that have gone into the creation of Soul Awaken, but this one really sings to my soul.
