Today serves as an opportunity to pause, reflect, and thank all of those who throughout our history have put their nation's needs above their own, exemplifying the true ANZAC spirit.

The reason we have the oppurtunity to pause today is because of them, and we will remember them.

As such, the clinic will be closed today, but will open back up tomorrow morning.

Today is World Health Day! 🤩

The World Health Orginisation celebrates this day annually, and this year are placing a specific emphasis on maternal and newborn health by promoting healthy beginnings and hopefuly futures.

So, we hope everyone can take some time today to do something for their health, whether it is getting to a pilates class, going for a walk, or spending time doing something you love!

A BIG Bayside welcome to our newest physio, Kristin! 🫡

Kristin's journey to graduating with a Master of Physiotherapy originated from his own experience as an athlete, which fuelled his passion for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimisation.

Kristin can see a wide range of patients, and along with any sort of musculoskeletal issues, he can also see patients for:
